Maria's Restaurant is a delightful spot for authentic Mexican cuisine in Simi Valley. I stopped by for breakfast and was thrilled with my Chilaquiles topped with perfectly cooked eggs. They’ve nailed the flavors, and the ambiance is welcoming and cozy. The service was attentive, with our drinks refilled promptly, making the experience seamless. I also couldn’t resist trying their horchata - it was rich and satisfying! The outdoor seating adds charm, especially on a sunny day. Definitely coming back for Taco Tuesday! 🌮
