Chuy's Baja Grill in Simi Valley brings a comfy vibe with a fresh twist on Tex-Mex. I was pleasantly surprised by the extensive selection at the salsa bar - five distinct choices! The nachos were stacked high and loaded. For my main dish, the grilled half-chicken was juicy and flavorful, paired perfectly with their vibrant house margarita. 💃

The updated patio adds a nice touch for outdoor dining, although service could be a tad slower during peak hours. Overall, a delightful experience worth revisiting!
