I recently visited Margie's Original Italian Kitchen, and while I had high hopes, it wasn't all I expected. The atmosphere is undeniably cozy, although the dim lighting makes it hard to read the menu without a phone flashlight.

I started with the calamari, which was lightly fried and flavorful! For my main, I ordered the lasagna - sizeable portions for sure, but it could've used a bit more seasoning. The garlic bread was delightful, though!

Overall, despite some minor issues and the restaurant's temporary closure, I appreciated the friendly service and generous plates. I'd definitely give it another shot when they reopen! 🍝✨
