Stopped in on our way heading out of town. Party of three, each of us got something different and all were impressed with the flavor and quality.
Restaurant was busy but the layout of seating did not make us feel crowded.
Outdoor seating was an option and the warm morning made it a perfect place to enjoy our food. Self serve coffee was great.
The food reminded me of home cooking at grandma’s house.
So good.
If you are in the area and want a taste of ‘homesyle’ biscuits and breakfast- this is the only place I would recommend in Mobile.

We were ready for breakfast after a routine trip to the hospital.
We came across the Maple Street Biscuit Company.
We pulled in around 9:15am.
The parking lot was full so we parked at the city park next door.
There is plenty of room for outside and inside dining.
Half their business is carry out and the other half is dine-in.
You can call in your order and pick it up, order it there for carry-out, or dine-in.
We dined in.
The inside of the restruant set up for speed and efficiency.
The dining area has the look and feel of three bay car repair shop.
I ordered a chicken biscuit sandwich with cheese and maple syrup (of course).
Mine was hot and tastey.
My wife ordered the Hash-Bowl.
Parts of it we cold and we had to send it back to get it warmed up.
They apologized and re-heated her meal.
She was very gracious and offered them a slightly different procedure that might keep that from happening in the future.

Super helpful and kind cashier! Fresh food served quickly.
Great spot for Saturday brunch with family or friends.
I recommend the coffee and Keto Bowl.
Local favorite.
