Mandarin Express is a cozy gem in East Hills Promenade! 🌟 I stopped by for a quick bite and was pleasantly surprised by the generous portions for such affordable prices. The Kung Pao Chicken was flavorful and had the perfect kick, while the Chow Mein was a delightful addition.

The casual atmosphere makes it great for a lunch stop or quick dinner after shopping. While the service could be a bit friendlier, the food makes up for it. Just a heads up - my salt and pepper shrimp came with heads on, which I didn’t expect! Overall, a solid spot for tasty Chinese comfort food! 🍜✨
