Shoyu Sushi is a cozy gem in Bakersfield! 🌟 My aunt and I visited for lunch and were warmly welcomed with a complimentary dish of deep-fried eggplant - so delicious! The ramen broth was rich, and the sushi rolls, especially the salmon and caterpillar rolls, were beautifully presented and flavorful.
We loved the casual atmosphere, and the fact that they offer healthy options and a kids' menu makes it family-friendly too. Fast service, even during a busy Sunday, left us quite impressed. Can’t wait to come back with more friends and indulge in more tempura and sushi! 🍣✨
