Mama Roomba is a delightful Caribbean gem in Bakersfield that exceeded our expectations! 🌟

We started with the cassava fries and mojo ketchup - while they could use a little seasoning on their own, the sauce was fantastic! My mojito was refreshing, albeit a mint explosion.

For mains, I ordered Mama's Latin Fried Chicken with Mango Chile Sauce, which struck the right spicy balance. My husband devoured the Venezuelan Arepas, especially with the accompanying green chile sauce.
