El Pulgarcito Restaurant is a hidden gem in Bakersfield! 🌟 Nestled within Medina’s Car Wash, this cozy spot offers authentic Salvadoran cuisine that feels like a warm hug.

I couldn't resist the pupusas, which were divine - just the right amount of crispy and packed with flavor. The Sopa de Gallina was comforting with perfectly grilled chicken in a rich broth.

The atmosphere is intimate and inviting, making it perfect for families or solo dining. The owner, Consuelo, is so welcoming! Don’t overlook the plantain empanadas - rich and creamy perfection. Can't wait to come back! 🍽️
