We love this place.
The best Menudo and Barbacoa in Michigan.
Maggie's is a family run joint that has been serving Grand Rapids for over 40 years.
From the weekday business crowd at lunch, to the weekend filled with families out for breakfast or lunches. You know the place is good when you see Mexican grandpas eating here.
Service is cafeteria style, with a very busy kitchen. This is a real family restaurant.
Three generations work here.
Serving the very best Mexican food in Grand Rapids. Fantastic tortillas too, fresh made from Milagros.

I’ve been looking for a solid Hispanic restaurant since my favorite place has closed down.
I never knew Maggie has been just down the street from my favorite spot at all.
The wonderful women that works there told me they have been there for over 40 years and they have old newspapers to prove that! I am now a loyal customer from the authentic food to the environment!! The rice and beans is the best part for me by it self! Just enough fluffy from both just makes you so happy to just keep it alone.
The burrito is the best bang for your buck especially if you like wet burritos!! Most definitely recommend to regular people living here and to the people that wants to visit Good Old Grand Rapids!!
