Mad Anthony Brewing Co is a cozy spot that feels like a neighborhood bar. 🍻 I tried the Auburn Lager, which was excellent - definitely regretting not grabbing a 4-pack! The cheese curds were delightfully crispy, unlike those typical mozzarella sticks. However, the chicken and waffles fell short; the waffles were burned and the chicken was overcooked.

The ambiance could use a little liveliness - there were sparse patrons and no music at times, making it feel a bit empty. But overall, it’s worth a visit for a good brew and tasty pizza! What’s your favorite beer there?
