Machupicchu Restaurant II

First time trying Machupicchu restaurant & Peruvian food.
It costs approximately 25$ which is kind of overpriced in my opinion. The food tasted amazing.
I was not expecting the plantains to be soft and sweet as I’ve only had them deep fried with Haitian food in the past.
I love the combination of sunny side up eggs, steak, french fries, rice & plantains.
Perfect mix and balances everything out. This is definitely a hidden gem in Providence.

My family and I have been to this restaurant for years.
The food is beyond delicious.
We have mainly gone to the Admiral location and the service and environment has always been exceptional, never an issue, and always satisfying.
I can’t say the same for the Chalkstone location.
Every time we have come, the service has been slow and inattentive.
Our orders have been missing items.
The servers always take forever to take our order, even to just start with drinks, despite the restaurant being relatively empty.
We notice others who have been sat after us, place and receive their orders before us.
Once the food gets to our table, we don’t see the server until we are ready to pay, which is when we have waited more than 20 minutes after we are done eating.

The service was horrible When the waitress set us down I noticed that there was two plates on the table.
They were dirty.
so I addressed it to the server and let her know.
She seem bothered that I let her know the plates were very dirty some other waitress brought us our food.
We were missing half of the other food which I thought was very unprofessional very weird our waitress never checked on us.
I had to keep calling other waitresses to get all the items that we were missing for food.
I looked at the receipt to see what her name, it’s said Claudia on top.
I have to say that the service sucked beyond horrible when we left no one said have a nice day.
Everyone was like on their phone the waitresses it was very weird unprofessional.
No one was attempted to our table still left a tip.
