Lúa is a hidden gem in NE Portland that exceeded all my expectations! 🌟 The extensive menu features tantalizing dishes beyond the usual pho - don’t miss the pork banh mi and the spicy fried chicken wings that pack a flavorful punch!
The vibrant atmosphere is casual, perfect for solo dining or groups alike, and the butterfly pea matcha milk tea is as beautiful as it is delicious.
While the app for ordering can be a bit clunky, the food quality and warm vibes more than make up for it. I can’t wait to explore more of their offerings soon! 🍽️✨
