At EaT: An Oyster Bar, I had a delightful experience that exceeded my expectations! 🌊✨ The oysters were incredibly fresh and paired beautifully with a zesty vinegar-shallot sauce, even winning over this non-oyster lover.
I also indulged in the shrimp étouffée, which was bursting with flavor, and the bread pudding with whiskey sauce was a perfect end to the meal! 🍰
The atmosphere is cozy and casual, perfect for families or a night out with friends. Just a heads up - some of the tables in the back were a touch dimmer than ideal. I'll definitely return for dollar oysters and to explore more of their menu! 🦪
