Lotus Restaurant is a delightful spot for Vietnamese cuisine! I sampled the #8 Pho chin nac, and I was impressed by the tender meat and perfectly cooked noodles. The broth was smooth, though I wished it had arrived hotter. The vermicelli special my friend ordered had ample shrimp and delicious spring rolls, making it a satisfying choice as well!

The atmosphere is cozy, yet it could use a touch more character. Overall, a solid dining experience worth a visit! 🍜
