Lotus Chinese Cuisine is a gem in Charlotte! 🌟 I stopped by for a quick lunch and was impressed by the fast service and friendly staff. The vegetarian lo mein was a standout - packed with flavor and perfectly chewy.

We also enjoyed the egg rice and crispy spring rolls, which were equally satisfying. The atmosphere is casual, making it a great spot for solo dining or with friends. 🍜

While the sesame chicken didn't sit well with me, the overall experience was fantastic! Highly recommend for anyone craving comforting Chinese food on a budget.
