Los Tacos is a delightful spot tucked away in Encinitas Village Square. I ordered the Al Pastor and Carnitas tacos, and they were packed with flavor! The tortillas tasted freshly made and had just the right amount of crispness. I also couldn’t resist trying the shrimp diabla - an explosion of spice that paired beautifully with the chipotle crema.

The atmosphere is casual and perfect for families or solo diners. Couldn’t believe how fast the service was! Can’t wait to come back for taco Tuesday... 🌮
