My experience was terrible with this restaurant.The food had no flavor and salsa tasted expired.Aside from that HORRIBLE service.My server was a young lady whom mentioned her name was Paloma.As she set our drinks down she proceeded to talk and spat in my drink.Absolutely disgusting.When asked to replace, she gave me a nasty attitude.The rest of the time she seemed like she did not want to take care of us correctly as she carried an attitude with us the rest of our visit.Do not recommend this place.I would give 0 starts if possible… stay away.
Yesterday was my 1st time at panchos, at first I was upset with the service but then I changed waitress, her name was Janice.She made my experience amazing, she was super attentive, brought food and drink in a timely matter, she recommended me a plate and it was delicious.I wish the service was always like that.Thanks to her I will be back and be back often! She was awesome.
I went here with my family as a kid and wanted to try it out since I haven’t been there in forever.Service was okay, my husband ordered an horchata and he disliked it.He said it tasted like straight milk, so he told the waitress and asked her to bring him something else.We both ended up getting refills on our diet cokes.Also, I ordered the flauta plate and let me tell you the flautas were missing chicken inside.It was hollow on the ends and a small amount of chicken in the middle.When the bill came I noticed our waitress didn’t take off the horchata that didn’t taste good and there were 4 diet cokes in the bill.I asked her about it and her response was that she didn’t have the code to take off the horchata and that refills aren’t free anymore which would have been nice to know.Overall disappointed and will not be returning again.
