From the moment you step into the Tavern on Broadway, you're in for a treat.The ambiance is cozy, the service is prompt and friendly, and the burgers are to die for—the best in Aurora. But what truly steals the show is their incredible clam chowder: creamy, flavorful, and brimming with chunks of tender clams, it's a comforting delight that leaves you craving more.Plus, the creator of this masterpiece brought us this award-winning recipe straight from Boston. If you find yourself here, you'll enjoy not only a beautiful restaurant and delicious food, but also a spectacular view of the majestic Paramount Theater.
March 2024 update: it's been a year since I was here.Said we'd always come back if we're in town and we did.It's as perfect as remembered.Apparently we aren't the only ones that feel that way.500+ more likes on Facebook bar counter. Super fun place to eat and drink.Great people. The food was delicious! Best chili cheese burger ever.Potato skins top 5.Anything with the homemade Bacon Jam! We'll always find time to stop in anytime we are in town.Located in the heart of old downtown Aurora.Within walking distance of a few hotels and the casino.

We enjoy having a quick bite and a well made drink at the tavern on Broadway.Drinks are always excellent.Cheese curds are ok.Burger is premium pub patty, but well cooked and seasoned perfectly.Clam chowder is one of the better offerings in the area.Fair prices, awesome service and fast service if you are running a little late to the theater.
