Los Gallos Mexican Restaurant

I visited this establishment Los Gallos with the intention of ordering a Nachos Supreme, but what I received appeared to be more closely resembling slop.
I contacted the business and was instructed to return the dish by the woman who answered.
Upon speaking with Mary, the manager, she refused to remake the order.
I attempted to mix the dish to locate the tortilla, but it was soggy and tasted unacceptable, leading me to believe that it was not fit for consumption by my dog or anyone else.
I have had better experiences and nachos that genuinely resembled Mexican cuisine before this.
I would advise individuals seeking superior Mexican food to avoid this location and give it a rating of 0 if possible.
My husband has been experiencing stomach issues since consuming a Chimichanga, which he requested to be fried but was instead served soggy.
I would never recommend this establishment to anyone. The other pictures are what a Nachos Supreme is supposed to look like. Update: I called the restaurant the next day and spoke with the manager Mary to express my disappointment with the food quality.
She dismissed my concerns and refused to accept any responsibility, and lied about picking it up, when it was picked up before i received a message that it was ready.
I told her that this was unacceptable customer service, and she hung up the phone on me.
This goes to show you that the same service you get from the manager is the same crappie food you will receive as well.
I am displeased with the restaurant, and the manager will not be returning. After contacting Doordash's customer service, they promptly refunded my money.
That's exceptional service, unlike Mary, who needs to enhance her skills and go back to business school.

I got the mama mia burger and skittles margarita and this place is awesome 🥰 I enjoyed the vibes and drinks were amazing and strong 🥴🤣🔥 this place is a hidden gem I’m glad we found and we will definitely be back 💯💯💯🙋🏽‍♀️ This has now become my go to place I just love everyone there and the food is always on point!!! Just visited again for Valentine’s Day and was not disappointed by the platter we ordered it was enough for two with plenty of flavor the only thing I would say is maybe replace the cheese on the platter with something else

Little date night with my gf.
Fajitas for 2 and of course 🍹 food was excellent drinks were amazing.
Definitely recommend this place.
