We went to the Gloucester road cafe. The staff were incompetent and a bit rude, and we waited more than an hour and a quarter for food. My coffee was served to someone else, then retrieved and served to me cold. And we were perched for a long while in a space too small to eat in. The venue was cool but basic and a bit grubby. The food was excellent, but for the prices (40 quid+ for 2 breakfasts and 2 drinks) the whole experience was unrepeatable. Feels like these guys have not raised their whole game to the level of the cuisine. Shame
