Lobster West is a charming spot for seafood lovers! Their signature lobster roll is superb, loaded with tender, buttery chunks of lobster on a nicely toasted bun. I paired mine with a warm bowl of clam chowder, which added a nice touch to the meal. The atmosphere is casual yet inviting, making it perfect for either a quick lunch or a relaxed dinner.

The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, enhancing our dining experience. Definitely worth a visit if you're in Encinitas! 🦞
