Little Caesars Pizza

I used to manage a Pizza Hut and I almost want to give up a part of my soul that I lost there to fix this store.
Every single time I come, I wait in the drive thru at least 45 min.
The last time, it was an hour, and I was the next car in line and the car in front of me sat at the window for about 15 min before they even attempted to help them.
I ended up pulling off after being there an hour and 15 min total.
Why sit so long? I had pre ordered so I was committed.
I understand staffing, I understand volume, but they need to have a better system.
There is no hot and ready, I literally think they take each order at the window.
It’s ridiculous, and while I was waiting saw someone come in the back door with food for someone, like what y’all doing? I don’t mind waiting but it’s just way too much.
It’s a cost effective option, but when you waste time and gas not so much

If I could leave a review with negative stars I would.
After having placed an online order in advance and then waiting an additional 2hours and still not having received anything or by very least an update.
Arriving at the window and waiting another 30minutes just for someone to snap at me wanting to see my phone for the order and snatching it from my hand to see it.
The order STILL was not even in the oven yet.
The two inside started yelling and arguing on what the issue was, ultimately leading to never getting any of my order and just canceling it.
Never again.
I do not recommend this for anyone.

Waiting an hour and 20 mins in line.
Ordered 4 pizzas and then had to continue to wait 35 mins 2 pizzas were fresh the other 2 were not.
My kids still enjoyed it although that wait was rough 😕 .
Also the lady at the window was rude and weird.
She shouted our total then shut her window and pressed her face upon the glass waiting for payment 😂
