Thai restaurant, Asian restaurant
Let’s Eat Thai Cuisine is a decent little Thai restaurant located in the La Mesa Shopping Center strip mall next door to Manning Florist and the Albuquerque Flower Market. There’s a large shared parking lot for free parking. All seating is indoors. There are booths and standalone tables, so patrons in wheelchairs won’t have any issues. I tried the pineapple fried rice and the pad Thai. The pineapple fried rice was served in a hollowed-out pineapple with fresh pineapple pieces.I enjoyed the raisins and cashews in it, and it had a good consistency, not being too oily or too dry.I’d order it again. The pad Thai was very bland and a disappointment. Both my friend and husband also thought the dish was a boring, tepid entree. It isn’t something I’d get there again. Overall, it’s a decent restaurant, but there are better options in the city.If you do go, steer clear of the pad Thai unless you like unimaginable noodles without much flavor.
We were looking for some authentic Thai food so we came to this place inside of a strip mall. They have living plants in the entrance which is a good sign, and the colorful atmosphere with lots of trinkets. The walls were extremely dirty by the booth, and there was no music but a children's cartoon on the TV for atmospheric audio. The waitress forgot about the appetizers, but the meals were delicious and so was the Thai iced tea.Once we got our food they did put on some music but the kids TV show was still the most prevalent sound in the air. The food was pretty authentic in our opinion and you get quite a lot of food for a good price.I just think the cleanliness could have been a lot better, so I didn't give it a high score for atmosphere.
Let’s Eat Thai absolutely swept me into a world of vibrant flavors and authentic Thai cuisine that’s hard to forget. The moment you step inside, you’re embraced by an inviting atmosphere and the enchanting aromas of spices and herbs. The red curry, a tantalizing medley of rich, creamy coconut milk and a perfect blend of spices, left me savoring every bite, while the green curry presented a beautifully balanced symphony of sweet and spicy notes that were truly phenomenal. Each dish not only delighted the palate but also conveyed the incredible mastery behind the traditional recipes. Can’t wait to return to this culinary gem!
