Laurita's Restaurant in Brownsville is a casual gem for Mexican food lovers! 🌮 I visited for breakfast and ordered huevos rancheros. The flavors were spot on, although the flour tortilla was a bit hard in places. The refried beans could have been warmer too, but the friendly service made up for it!
