Pollo Palenque in Brownsville is a fantastic spot for a casual meal! 🌟 I opted for the chicken quesadillas, and they were loaded with cheese and packed with tender chicken - absolutely delicious. The macaroni salad was a standout, consistently flavorful and creamy.

I also loved the grilled chicken, which had a unique, smoky flavor. The service was friendly and efficient, making for a pleasant dining experience. My only minor quibble would be the cardboard bowls; they detracted a bit from my chicken bowl experience.

Overall, it's a great option for a quick bite or a family meal! 🍗
