laSafi Lebanese Food

I’m visiting Romania Bucharest and since Mediterranean food is one of my favorite I decided to try some delicious food. There were 6 people total with me and 3 of us went with LaSafi. Service wad decent with about 15-17 min wait. Cashier was really nice and helpful. My combo plate was delicious but a bit on the pricier side around 50 Lei to be exact which come up to about $12 bucks. Food was actually delicious. Food 4 stars Price 3 stars Service 5 stars

Awful! I've been ordering from La Safi for years now, and I've never had an issue until today.
Waited two hours for the food to come via Glovo.
Tried to contact La Safi with the phone number they provided on the app, couldn't reach it.
Asked for help from Glovo, the woman I spoke to couldn't reach them either.
When I checked again, they SAID THEY HAD ALREADY DELIVERED MY ORDER!!! EVEN THOUGH I DID NOT HAVE THE FOOD AND HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR IT FOR HOURS.
Worst part? I paid via card.
Hadn't Glovo been so good on their PR side and had the grace to give me my money back I would've been scammed out of 50 lei, by LA SAFI of all places.
Hope that sandwich and hummus bowl was worth it.
Jesus Christ, that's a new level of low to reach.
