I recently stopped by Laredo Taco Company for a quick meal, and it was a mixed experience.

The casual atmosphere is perfect for a laid-back lunch. I tried the breakfast burrito with bacon and egg, which was flavorful, though I was disappointed they were out of chorizo. The salsa bar had a good selection, which I appreciated!

However, service felt a bit slow and disorganized, with some staff preoccupied with conversations. I’d love to see some improvements in that area... Still, the fresh food makes me want to give it another shot. Would I have better luck next time? 🌮
