I ordered a bacon cheeseburger meal.
The time was 12:43.
I was thinking that being close to noon the food would be cooked fresh but I received my meal and the burger patty was cold, the bacon was cold.
The taste was alright but everything was cold and the fries didn't seem fresh either.
They were more on the cold side.
I was just expecting a better meal for $12.06. I usually don't leave reviews but I wasn't pleased with this meal. I love Hardee's breakfast food.
I don't understand why lunch I not better.

I had such a horrible experience with “Shift Manager” Lauryn.
She was very rude, unapologetic, and showed very poor customer service to me at the drive through.
I respectively told her that I did not appreciate her unprovoked tone and responses at the drive through multiple times and she still continued.
I decided to leave the drive through to come in to get my order taken, where I was still met with her with no apology nor state of miscommunication, if any.
I appreciate others in the setting assisting me with my concerns but I believe that her behavior was very unacceptable especially once given the fact that she wore what seemed to be an unmerited shift manager top.
I hope that she is met with appropriate consequences or even an orientation on customer service.
