La Verdad Cafe is a cozy gem for barbecue lovers! Their Gouda mac & cheese is a must-try - so cheesy and indulgent 😋. The eclipse box, featuring pulled pork, brisket, and ribs, was an amazing feast with plenty of flavors to savor. The staff, especially Vivian, is incredibly welcoming, making the atmosphere warm and inviting.

A little chilly in the dining area with the smoker running, but the food more than makes up for it! Don’t skip the desserts; the cornbread and chocolate cake were delicious. Can’t wait to return for more tasty dishes! 🍰✨
