0 customer service.Ignorant staff..clueless actually.I was seated for over 15 mins and not a single server checked in..after i ordered, all they did was serve the food and take the plates away. Ordered the steak..terrible cut of meat ..cooked well, but very poor quality..tough and chewy cheap steak.Absolutely scam this place..the locals have no other options in the area..hence the higher rating..but as a tourist, this place sucks.Lots of parking considering this is Rome.That’s it really…

Ricordo perfettamente il suo tavolo ! È arrivato senza prenotazione di sabato sera con la sala piena ! Ma le abbiamo trovato comunque un posto libero ! È stato regolarmente accompagnato al tavolo 4 (vicino alla cucina ) dove passano tutti i camerieri e dove regolarmente voltano lo sguardo per vedere se in sala è tutto ok ! Una volta lasciato il menu è nostro solito far passare qualche minuto per far scegliere la pietanza al cliente.. Di certo non un quarto d ora; tutta via sono passati ben 4 camerieri diversi al suo tavolo, per sapere se era pronto per l'ordinazione, ai quali ha sempre risposto di attendere ancora.Ha poi scelto di ordinare un taglio di carne visto passare ad un altro tavolo ( non una bistecca come dice lei, ma una tagliata ). In cassa dopo aver pagato il conto ci ha anche ringraziato, se ci fosse stato veramente qualche problema saremmo stati più che disponibile a trovare una soluzione evidentemente aveva paura di pagare un supplemento, considerando che i camerieri che dice che non sono stati disponibili con lei gli hanno anche offerto bicchieri d'acqua per non farle pagare una bottiglia intera. Le recensioni sono un mezzo per migliorarci, ma qui lei non ha scritto nulla di costruttivo e veritiero, inoltre dire una cosa di persona cioè "tutto bene" e poi scrivere tutt'altro fa di lei solo una persona falsa ed un leone da tastiera.Speriamo di non rivederla più nel nostro ristorante. This spot a bit outside of Rome was fantastic.The food was delicious and authentic.Paired with extremely friendly service.As the only English speaking guests there we didn't feel out of place at all.It's worth the trek to try this restaurant and the prices were excellent as well, you get so much more for your money than in the center of Rome.
Superb, meat was simpy marvelous!!!
