🌮 Great experience at La Playa Maya on Sunset Drive in Fort Worth - enjoyed a wide selection of Mexican food from traditional dishes to more contemporary options in a comfortable and cozy atmosphere! Food: As soon as we were seated, we were given chips and salsa.
My sister ordered their queso concoction (I wish I had a better term for it) and it was alright.
The dishes were where the flavors shined.
I ordered their fish tacos - crispy breading and delicious sauce, but a little too much red cabbage.
My sister ordered their fajitas - the fajita meat was tender and flavorful.
My wife ordered the cowboy enchiladas - definitely a lot of queso, but who’s complaining.
And our boys split a chicken quesadilla.
To top it off, we ordered their flan for desert.
Overall, great food! Service: Our server was kind and checked on us frequently.
She gave the suggestion for the fish tacos over the carne asada that I was debating over, and I’m glad she made the suggestion.
Every one was friendly and made the experience that much better!

Delicious food and amazing service! Calm bright lit atmosphere, and the bathrooms were nicely clean!

Food is very delicious, beans and rice are good flavor.
Fresh chips cooked at place salsa is perfect amount of flavor and spice.
Steak fajitas, Tres Amigos plate was great.
Honestly can't complain except service was a bit slow.
