La Nueva Rosita Restaurant is a true gem in El Paso! 🌟 Their Mexican comfort food is both delicious and incredibly affordable. I tried the menudo, and let me tell you, it’s the best in town - packed with generous servings of tripe for just $5.99! The Chile rellenos were huge too, about the size of my hand!

The atmosphere is casual and cozy, perfect for families or solo dining. The staff is friendly and attentive, making the experience even better. Just a heads-up, they only take cash, but the free parking is a plus. Can't wait to come back for breakfast! 🍽️
