Chelsea Cafe Mexican Restaurant is a cozy gem in El Paso! 🌟 Dine-in here feels like a warm hug, reminiscent of grandma’s kitchen. I indulged in the delicious barbacoa plate - perfectly cooked and generously portioned. The complimentary chips and salsa were just the right amount of spicy to kick things off.
