La Guanaquita is a true hidden gem in Louisville! 🌟 As a newcomer from Los Angeles, I was thrilled to find this cozy Salvadoran spot. The atmosphere is casual and inviting - perfect for a laid-back meal.
We shared various dishes, and while the Baleada was packed with delicious avocado, the meat fell short. However, the tacos dorados stole the show! Crispy, flavorful, and so satisfying. The plantains were a sweet touch to our meal, and I can't recommend the pupusas enough!
Despite a small hiccup with our drink order, the friendly staff made everything right. I’ll definitely be back for more delicious comfort food! 🍽️
