La Fiesta Grande is a delightful gem in Amarillo! 🌮 The colorful ambiance sets the perfect stage for a fun dining experience. I savored the chicken enchiladas, which were bursting with flavor and smothered in a rich, homemade sauce. The handmade tortillas were a highlight!

Although the service was a bit slow on a busy Saturday, the friendly staff made up for it with their warm hospitality. Don't skip the flan for dessert; it's the perfect sweet ending! I can't wait to return for more delicious Mexican cuisine...!
