La Esquisita Tacos is a hidden gem in Santa Rosa! 🌮 The vibe is cozy, making it perfect for a casual meal. I ordered the pollo asado tacos, and they were bursting with flavor - juicy chicken paired with fresh pico de gallo and a squeeze of lime.

The handmade tortillas took it to another level! The staff is super friendly, creating an inviting atmosphere. My only wish is that they offered more indoor seating, as it can get busy. Overall, definitely a must-visit for any taco lover! 😊
