La Ceiba Restaurant offers a vibrant taste of Honduras right in Memphis! 🌮 I tried the carne asada, and while I hoped for a bit more consistency in flavor, the overall experience was delightful.

The whole fried red fish was a standout dish, served with plantains, beans, and fresh cheese - definitely a unique find in the area! The lively atmosphere, complete with Latin music and laughter, made it feel like a mini vacation.

Just a heads up to keep an eye on your bill - there were a couple of mix-ups during our visit. But if you're looking for hearty, authentic fare and a fun vibe, give La Ceiba a shot! 🎉
