Kung Fu Dim Sum is a hidden gem in Fremont! 🌟 Open at the delightful hour of 7 am, it’s perfect for early risers craving dim sum.

The shrimp dumplings were large, perfectly seasoned, and served hot - definitely a highlight. I also loved the crispy shrimp noodle roll and the delicious chicken wonton soup, which had a great broth. The atmosphere felt homey, with Cantonese music setting a nice vibe. While it’s not fancy, the flavor makes up for it!

I can't wait to come back and try more dishes... 🍤🥟
