I enjoy Krystal burgers, however this location should be closed.The food took forever then it was cold.The burger patties were microwaved or something they had never seen a grill.The chili cheese fries were cold and greasy There was a woman in the dining room that was on the phone cussing and screaming at someone.Management didn't ask her to leave, she wasn't a paying customer.The AC was broken so it was like eating lunch in an oven.Would not recommend this location.

The old lady cannot hear you get way to the window.Check your food.Your food is not right then she wanna be smart.As sarcastic, but I would like for you to know that they are your best employees.Keep them forever.They deserve to work at crystals.

Icee machine was down.No condiments, ketchup, or mustard.Hardly any chili on chili cheese fries.....
