Put in a mobile order at 12:53.
Went through the drive-thru to pick it up and got to the window at 1:08.
Was told pull around to the parking lot and they’d bring it to me.
No one came out, so after 20 minutes.
I was more than patient and finally went inside to see if they forgot or what.
The cashier wasn’t pleasant, but went to get my order packed up.
No apologies for a 30 minute wait.

Food was good.
Service was alright.
The price is ridiculous almost 9 dollars for 2 double cheese Krystal's.
Almost 4 dollars difference from a corporate owned and a franchise owned.
This one being a franchise owned.

The temperature inside was comfortable.
The customer service was decent.
Me and my son got the all-you-can-eat and we had to start off with 4 and then each time we wanted more we could only get 2 at a time.
This was kind of stupid!! I understand why they do it but I do not like making several trips, especially seeing that all of the employees are either outside smoking or in the back cussing and joking around while people are waiting in line.
