After not having Krystals for years I decided to order on my phone.
Went to the drive thru to pick up my order.
I was told that I had to come inside? Kind of defeats the purpose of ordering and paying ahead of time.
I was greeted with a picture of a gun that read no weapons on the door.
I was then greeted by an employee who asked who was I picking up for? I said, myself.
After mumbeling she said, NO, what is the name? I gave my name and a few minutes later she handed me my food without saying one word.
I ordered pick 5.
The Krystal burgers looked like they came out of the garbage.
Microwaved too long, bun was almost damp, had to throw them away.
The diet coke was good.

I just left.
First I didn’t get a receipt.
Secondly I ordered 10 cheese Krystal’s no opinions and 2 chicks.
The Krystal’s on top of the bag (maybe 4-6) had cheese while the others no cheese.
Both chicks are spicy, hard, and cold, but I had to be pulled around.
I knew he came out too fast.
If I felt like going back I would but this is unacceptable service.
