These were the worst Krystal burgers I've ever had my son said to me do I have to eat these they're disgusting (hard and cold) I told him No they are disgusting.
I have been a fan of Krystals for decades but now the price is double and the food is worse than ever!

Been awhile since I've been to krystal's, so I figured I'd try it out went to the one on Normandy in Jacksonville,FL.
it was absolutely disgusting.
I got a 12 sack.
Over half of them were so saggy that they were not edible.
The other half tasted like they had been sitting up there on the counter for the last 18 hours

Ordered 24 Krystal with cheese,and party fry.
Burgers were hard, no mustard,some with no pickles, cheese was so old it had changed colors.
They charged me $48 .
This is outrageous and now I understand why they are closing.
They hire trash people who don't want to work.
They want to hang out in the lobby and act as if you are bothering them. *Update* I reached out as they requested , that was August 9th, no shock that there has been no response.
