After numerous visits, I can confidently say Konfucious Eats is the best ramen shop in Modesto! 🍜 The Black Garlic Tonkotsu is a must-try; the pork belly is incredibly tender, and the flavors meld perfectly. The atmosphere is warm and trendy, with lovely traditional decor.

I also enjoy the vegan options and recently had the miso butter mazemen - creamy goodness! The only downside? Service can be a tad slow during busy hours. But the food is worth the wait! Don’t miss out on the strawberry sando for dessert. Can’t wait to go back! 🌟
