Koldovinia Taberna Vasca offered a delightful taste of Basque cuisine in a cozy atmosphere that’s perfect for groups. We started with their delectable olives and a mysterious greenish spread that enhanced the fresh bread beautifully. For mains, the bacalao was a standout, flaky and flavorful. The solomillo katxopon, while good, was slightly overshadowed by its robust cheese. Don’t skip the Goxua dessert - it's a creamy delight! The warm service and reasonable prices make this spot a must-visit in Madrid. 🍽️
