Good basque restaurant but a bit pricy.Modern food, well presented and original. The solomillo katxopon 16€ was good and once cooked, the cheese was not too strong.The baron de kordero was OK but the taste of the meat was very strong, in contrast with thr rice pasta without flavour.The Dessert: the Goxua 7.50€ was good, a soft taste but enough, I liked it.The service was good, the waiter knows very well the menu.
Wonderful! The food was delicious and the atmosphere comfortable and modern.We made a reservation for our visit and were seated immediately when we arrived.Their olives are incredible as was the buttery spread that is served with the bread.I honestly have no idea what it was and it had a greenish tint but fantastic on the bread.My husband had these incredible ham stuffed meatball things and I had the bacalao, both were exceptional.Our meal was pricey but since I made reservations through The Fork, we got 30% off our dishes! We will visit again when we are in town.
Fantastic place great food, good service at reasonable prices.Will definitely return when I'm back in Madrid.
