Kohnami Sushi is truly a hidden gem in Colorado Springs! We stumbled upon this cozy spot by chance, and what a delightful surprise it was! With only about 9 tables, it has a charming, intimate atmosphere.

We indulged in their salmon and tuna nigiri - the salmon was out of this world! The Pikes Peak Deep-Fried Roll was fantastic too, perfectly crispy but quite a handful to finish. 😄

Our service was excellent, and the complimentary miso soup and salads were a lovely touch. We even tried the warm plum sake; it paired beautifully with our meal.

I can’t wait to return for that beautiful sashimi platter next time! 🍣✨
