Monica’s Taco Shop is a gem in Colorado Springs! 🌮 I visited for the first time and was blown away by the friendly service and authentic flavors.

I ordered the two taco plate with beans and rice, which was loaded with fresh meat and incredibly filling. The crispy, warm chips paired with zesty pico were a delightful surprise!

Their tacos de Adobada genuinely transported me back to Mexico - add a squeeze of lime for taco perfection!
