KNOX DOUGH

This was a real treat! I am not quite the cookie dough person, so I am not including my rating for food, but I am reflecting that of my family that is into this.
First, the place is super cute with really friendly and fun staff.
They have a nice variety of flavors as well and some nice portion sizes.
However, be prepared for this to be close to real cookie dough, but not quite really it.
It has a bit different texture due to the lack of eggs, and you can't actually make cookies from it.
Now I know that isn't the goal, but some of those ingredients do change the flavor and texture.
Overall they did like it, and it's great to try new places and judge for yourself.

We came here as a group of 8 on a Sunday and I had just seen this place driving by and have always wanted to try edible cookie dough and rolled ice cream.
The service was quick and the girls working were quite nice.
I decided to combine the two and got the vanilla base with confetti cookie dough with marshmallows and cheesecake bites.
I enjoyed being able to watch them make what I ordered and I thought the price was reasonable, especially because of the work they do to make it.
I would keep coming back if I lived in the area because it all tasted so good.
Some members of our group just got the edible cookie dough and loved it.
Overall a cute place and would definitely recommend checking out if you are visiting Knoxville.

We brought our family of eight to Knox Dough for the first time, and had a good experience! The staff was incredibly helpful, patiently explaining the ordering process and even offering samples to the kids (always a win!).
While the wait time is a bit longer than your average ice cream shop, the employees were efficient and got everyone's orders out quickly.
We entertained ourselves while we waited, with the selection of games they had on hand, The atmosphere was nice and we had a great time.
