Kitchen 73 in Laval offers a cozy atmosphere perfect for brunch or lunch. I indulged in their delicious Eggs Benedict, which came with generous portions of perfectly cooked potatoes. The service from Janet was a highlight - she was incredibly friendly and attentive, eagerly refilling our coffee without us having to ask.

While it was busy and the food took a bit longer than expected, the vibrant energy made it worthwhile. Definitely a spot to visit for a satisfying breakfast... 🍳
