The fried chicken was not crispy at all and was very doughy, I have a question why kfc branches everywhere in the world do not have the same quality and are very different from each other.

My worse experience on KFC on the earth! I order my food and first they give my order to another costumer...
Second when they give me the food by accident I dropped it and they told me it's not their fault I feel like a stupid costumer paid almost 50 euros and have no food. Terrible place for foreigners.
