KFC

Stopped at KFC in Kansas City, Kansas next to the Kansas City Kansas community college area.
It’s been a while since I ate KFC and I have to admit they made it strong.
Come back with menu.
The chicken was surprisingly good and their biscuits was a little hard for Aunte.
With the mashed potatoes and other side items not bad for fast food restaurant restaurant.
They are really affordable.
You can get two pieces of chicken biscuit and mashed potatoes for five dollars or you can get an upgrade of four pieces of chicken two mashed potatoes two biscuits for $10.
I was really hungry and stopped there and got a good bang for my buck.
And if you catch them on Tuesdays, you can get a really good deal on a bucket of chicken for $10.

We ordered food through the mobile app and arrived at the store only to be told they can not make our order because they don't have chicken.
We then asked them what time do they close, the guy at the window said 9:30.
I then proceed to say your sign on the window says you guys close at 10 and even the time on Google map says you guys close at 10.
We asked to see if they are willing to make it for us and we will wait and they said no they won't make the chicken and will not refund our money.
Was told we have to call customer service on the app to get our money back.
I asked to talk to a manager and they told me there is no manager on site, I then proceed to ask to get corporates number and was told "man I don't know their number" I then again asked them "so you guys are not willing to make the chicken at all as the money is already taken from our account" and once again they said no we are not.
This is not the first time that this has happened at this location and has very very very poor customers service.
Workers are always rude and apparently they never have a manager or supervisor there for us to speak to.
If I could rate it a 0 I totally would.
Definitely would not recommend going to this loation

Was told 20 minutes for chicken.
No problem we had 30 minutes available to pick up our son from soccer around the corner 18 minutes in employee comes out to ask for our receipt because they hadn't dropped our chicken.
After a few minutes I go in to get an estimate so we can decide to grab child or wait.
Employee gets nasty with me for asking telling me we were told it would be a while.
37 minutes later we received chicken.
Taste great & would not have been a big deal with a little courtesy.
Drive thru guy was perfectly nice, but gal dropping chicken was ridiculous. Someone replied to this as the owner, but I can not get through to anyone on a phone.
Please leave a name/contact # on here that I can reach someone at.
I would really like to discuss the final outcome and the food that we received as well.
